'As both a complete novice and an utter skeptic, my experience of Quantum-Touch was something which I quite literally would not have believed if I hadn't experienced it for myself.

I carry alot of tension in my jaw, and about a year ago it was getting so bad that it was stopping me from sleeping for entire nights. The tension was causing quite a pain in my back, which was, in turn causing more tension. Claire came to my flat and did a Quantum-Touch session with me. A process that seemed to take about half an hour actually lasted for well over an hour while I went from a sitting position to a lying position, moving around unwinding.

I felt a little light headed during the day afterwards, but by the evening I was feeling very refreshed and the tension had nearly completely gone. A couple of days later Claire arranged a distant healing session with me as I still had a very slight twinge in my jaw. This took half an hour or so. After this session I felt absolutely fine- no tension, and no sleepless nights!

Claire was incredibly supportive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the hands on session, calling afterwards to see how I was feeling, and doing the same for the distance session. I would highly recommend it to anyone.'

Being a Reiki Practitioner, the idea of energy healing wasn't new to me when I met Claire.  Saying that, I had never heard of Quantum-Touch until she introduced me to it about a year ago.

After falling suddenly on a concrete floor, I found it impossible to stand up, as both my knees were in so much pain.  Claire offered to give me Quantum-Touch, I would never have expected what was to happen next!

Within seconds of her treating me, my legs were jerking and kicking about, yet at the same time the rest of my body was completely relaxed.  The only way I can describe it, was as if my muscles were working and twisting themselves out of pain and into their original position.

Since then, I have attended Healing Evenings at Claire's home. She is extremely gifted and really loves what she does. Her aim is to give the best possible care to each client and ensure they leave feeling nourished and happy. After leaving a session with Claire, I always feel more grounded and more able to cope with the harsh London lifestyle.
